Hello there, my name is Peter, I live in Slovakia, and believe it or not, in 2017 I weighed 105 kg. I felt miserable and would get tired even after climbing a few stairs. At that time, I was working as a programmer, spending most of my day sitting in front of a computer, using only my brain and occasionally my hands. In January 2018, my family and I went on vacation; we rented a nice little cabin and visited the wellness center in the resort. In the wellness center, there was a large mirror on the wall, and when I looked at myself in it, I realized that things couldn't continue this way. I was taking medication for high blood pressure, and for the first time in my life, I felt an urgent need to change my lifestyle.

Theese are two pictures of me. Left one is dated Oct. 2017, right one Oct 2023 !
